This luxury vacation home's name, Villa Vista Grande, points to its most impressive feature--it's breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. Villa Vista Grande was once the vacation spot for a host of famous personalities. "Lady Bird" Johnson spent her winters in this 5-bedroom and 5-bathroom vacation home. The house offers personal service, a cook, waiter, and housekeeper, that will make your vacation entirely relaxing and enjoyable.

Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan. The house can sleep up to 10 people. Four of the bedrooms have King beds; the other bedroom has double matrimonial beds. Four of the bedrooms look out over the Bay, City and Mountains. Two of these four also look over the pool. The capacity of the villa is 10 people.

The living room is adjacent to the dining room and overlooks the patio. It has a opening to the fresh air, overlooking the pool and its magnificent views. After returning from a day at the beach, golfing, playing tennis, or deep-sea fishing one can enjoy the company of friends and family here.

Check out Noon - Check In 1pm. We can work around these times if need if the Villa was not booked the night before.
Cancellations and Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once received due to the Villa being unable to be resold while space was being held.
Deposits:
One half of rental amount is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season and 45 days prior in high season.
Rates:
Rates are based on one to four-person rate. Over four people in the Villa add 25.00 per person, per night. No charge for children under 15 years of age. Rates & Terms are subject to change without notice.
