Villa Teifaros, a 10 Bedroom Villa in Lower Las Brisas is set atop one of Las Brisas' treasured peninsulas. Taking full advantage of this vantage point, this sprawling villa has incredible views and unparalleled garden lawn around the pool area. Lovely palms, perfectly distanced with hammocks swinging between them, surround the pool area and frame the view of Acapulco Bay, Roqueta Island and the open ocean.

This villa offers two large open-air living rooms, an extraordinary large round dining table and several master suites for large groups. The house is modern style, has been recently remodeled, is beautifully maintained, and for the most part is on a single level. A wonderful value for a family vacationing together and large groups

Check out Noon - Check In 1pm. We can work around these times if need if the Villa was not booked the night before.
Cancellations and Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once received due to the Villa being unable to be resold while space was being held.
Deposits:
One half of rental amount is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season and 45 days prior in high season.
Rates:
Rates are based on one to four-person rate. Over four people in the Villa add 25.00 per person, per night. No charge for children under 15 years of age. Rates & Terms are subject to change without notice.
