Each bedroom has its own private, full bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan. The house can sleep up to 10 people.

The Bayside end of the main salon opens on a panoramic view of the Bay, the Pacific and the great curve of Acapulco and its beaches.

A large, elegant dining room with two tables seating twelve adjoins a large covered bar area The Breakfast patio of the spacious Master Suite faces the Bay and is on a separate secluded level that offers a tranquility all its own. The Master suite has 2 elegant baths and Satellite TV.

Check out Noon - Check In 1pm. We can work around these times if need if the Villa was not booked the night before.
Cancellations and Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once received due to the Villa being unable to be resold while space was being held.
Deposits:
One half of rental amount is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season and 45 days prior in high season.
Rates:
Rates are based on one to four-person rate. Over four people in the Villa add 25.00 per person, per night. No charge for children under 15 years of age. Rates & Terms are subject to change without notice.
